As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young lady behind the desk. I believe her name was Chrissy. She was very polite during my check in process and was exceedingly helpful when it came to connecting to the WiFi and other services. I liked how she was quick to service while trying to attend to other customers as well. The room I checked in to looked very nice and organized, and the food wasn’t so bad.
We traveled to Texas to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday, and it was our first time staying at Home2 Suites. It has truly been one of the BEST hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was top tier and made us feel so welcomed. This morning at breakfast, Issac welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. He was attentive, personable, and truly went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Thank you, Issac, for making our stay even more special! Overall, it has been such a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back!

First I would like to say. That this place is amazing! The rooms are clean and very spacious. But the one thing that stands out is the receptionist Chrissy! She was very helpful with welcoming to Texas for the first time. She suggested places for me to dine in as well created a list of to-dos for entertainment. I highly recommend you stop by and check in here. You won’t be disappointed.
My brother in law was celebrating his 50th and we stayed at the hotel. Room was spacious and very neat! I want to particularly recognize Isaac at the front desk. His customer service skills are superb and this was the individual experience of everyone in our group. He is the kind of person I would hire if I had a business of my own! Considering we had a long night at the party, we had asked for an extended check out till 12:30. The cleaning service lady knocked at 12 and asked when we would be leaving. I had mentioned that we had asked for extended check out, she said: “it’s already 12” and I then mentioned that I had extended till 12:30; she rolled her eyes and shook her head which was totally unacceptable; didn’t say a word. I still gave a 5 stars because the overall experience was great and Isaac really supported everyone and all the guests that attended from all across the world.
The service was phenomenal. As soon as you walk you are greeted with such amazing staff members! Chrissy did such an amazing job and truly made the check in experience super easy and welcoming! The rooms are amazing and definitely worth the stay 10/10 will be booking again!
Julie and her team knows how to treat Chiefs fans. Service was great, breakfast was hot and offered variety. The hotel is always clean and well maintained. We were greeting as if we were old friends every time we came through the door. Location to food places, Walmart and other entrances was convenient, right off the freeway but no freeway noise.
